Client Representative Services

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Design Phase

 

• Review project delivery method

• Review the lead consultant brief

• Identify and advise the client on any deficiencies in the overall strategy

• Review and recommend the proposed sub-consultants

• Monitor and report on the design status

• Review and Monitor time schedule for design delivery agreed with the design team

• Review progress against key milestones and report status

• Review statutory authority submissions and monitor status

• Discuss and advice on the procurement strategy proposed by lead consultant with the client.

• Monitor performance of all parties and update monthly

• Attend design meeting and VE workshop

• Convene and chair progress meetings.

• Review contract conditions & RFP for appointment of consultant

• Review contract conditions for appointment of contractors

• Review and approve recommendations for appointment of the main contractor

• Liaise with the owner for all necessary information and approvals

• Review and approve consultant payments

 

Construction phase

 

• Evaluate and monitor the contractors performance

• Evaluate and monitor consultants role and performance

• Facilitate information flow between the various Parties

• Establish & Monitor the processing of submittals

• Attend progress/commercial/coordination meetings as required

• Review progress reports and updates from the Consultant and Contractor

• Review monthly payment applications recommended by Consultant.

• Review of contractual correspondence and highlighted areas of concern

• Monitor the performance of all parties

• Monitor budget vs Cost incurred on monthly basis

• Monitor change management process, review and recommend variations.

• Liaise with the client for all necessary information and approvals
